You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes in the original box. Please try them on indoors on a clean surface. Damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Sizes are U.S. women's. Most customers order their usual size; if you are between sizes, or your feet swell in the heat, choose the larger size. Open-toe and slingback styles are more forgiving than closed pumps. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and the style, and we will help.
Wipe smooth and patent finishes with a soft damp cloth; brush suede-look finishes gently when dry. Keep shoes out of direct sun and store them in their box or a dust bag so straps keep their shape.
